Gruponet will install TETRA coverage of the new Medro headquarters in Madrid
Gruponet has been awarded the execution of the special TETRA coverage project for the new Metro de Madrid headquarters.
It is a 12-storey building plus 2 basements located next to Plaza de Castilla and with access from Avenida de Asturias.
The project includes the installation of a single Motorola Base Station in a technical room located on floor -1 and an RF distribution system throughout the entire building, consisting of a set of dividers, couplers and antennas designed to ensure a uniform signal level in all floors, making it possible to use the Metro de Madrid TETRA network in all of them. outdoor antennas (camouflaged to minimize their visual impact) are also included to improve coverage around the building.
The project includes the installation, testing, commissioning and measurements of the complete system.
