AMPER awards Gruponet the TETRA coverage of line 9 of the Madrid Metro
After several years collaborating with Amper in the deployment of the Metro de Madrid TETRA network, we began with the installation of line 9, the last line of the deployment program. We have previously participated in the deployments of this same network on lines 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6.
The project includes the installation of the base stations in the different stations, the improvement of coverage on platforms, lobbies and corridors through the corresponding radiating systems. Likewise, the interconnection with the leaky cable installed in the tunnels under a different contract is contemplated.
The project includes the installation of the complete system:
- 23 Motorola TETRA Base Stations, installed in the technical rooms of the stations.
- 23 GPS antennas, installed outside the stations for Base Stations synchronization.
- 2 repeaters installed in tunnels
- More than 50 antennas for station coverage
- More than 4Km of coaxial cable with associated interconnection elements (splitters, couplers, etc ...).
- 100m installation. Leaky cable between the Arganda gate and the evacuation shaft.
